Exactly, and controlling ones center is the essence of any Aiki, be it Aikido, Aikibudo etc. They will never understand until they feel it, so why argue with them.

Seriously! , we who practice Aikido are tired of you disbelieving the realities of our way. View the film "Ki in Aikido" and read the comments, and you will understand me. I have had the priviledge of receiving Watanabe sensei´s wonderful technique, and I was not able to move the way I wanted. I was not cooperative, he just had complete control of my centre.
