The way I see it, it's an excellent parody on peoples thoughts on mentally disabled people. Obviously he's not dumb; he's smarter than most who comment here...
Besides I look up to mentally disabled people (if that's the right term [not native english speaker]) because they have a certain appreciation of life that others don't.

Thank you!! I feel the same way! My little brother is disabled and my mom is an advocate for children with special needs...so this is degrading I think =\
