I am NOT a prude- very far from it. I'm all for sex and nudity in their proper place. A video for a sacred song about Mary is not the venue to show off ones gold covered privates.
The fact that you say she did this because of Andrew Loyd Weber- a man- speaks volumes. Men sexualizing and debasing women (and women allowing it!) does nothing for the advancement of women or their rights.

We'll put. And as far as absurdities go, isn't the biggest absurdity we have ever had, the fact that we kill each other because we don't like the way someone else looks? So I don't think it can be reasoned with me at least, that it's absurd for someone to exercise they're right to free expression(so long as it does not impede on another person's right to exist). In that sense, limiting those things would be a violation against that right.

Its because of Andrew Lloyd Weber, not Sarah Brightman, that this risque video was made. He refused to cast anyone else in the Broadway lead of Phantom of the Opera. He also married her 30 years his junior and played it overhead during the intermissions. Personally, I like it when guys want to viddy their wives for us. I think that its probably their best work together. You prudes just need to come out of the 19th century before womens suffrage.

I had never seen this before until now. I wish to God I hadn't found it. I have lost all respect for Sarah Brightman- both as a woman and as a singer. Why a beautiful woman with such an amazing voice had to do the tramp routine is beyond me. I'd expect this from the Mariah's and Britney's of the world- but not her.
