It's because american music is old and boring now, the music that Japan comes out with is much different and newer. Sorry to say, but America sucks when it comes to music.

i just think that you should listen to other japanese bands specialy the big ones of visual kei try( D'espairsRay, Dir en Grey, or Even DEATHGAZE ) and maybe you would see clearly that japan can also make metal of high quality maybe better than many if i don't say almsot all the medium level western metal bands ...... you did not like this cause it's a little bit special .. i think

its because everyone is cool and hip and soooo into the group when they listen to japanese music... jrock gets fucking hyped atm.. but.. i like it =D i just hate those wannabe jrock dudes.. yeyeah

Metal to The Japanese is like the same metal to English/any other metal bands French etc. just Japanese maybe? And that other people around the would just prefer Japanese Metal or any other Metal bands that are on the different parts of the world you have to think that The English are not the only people on the earth and that there are other music bands out there are ate not just English to entertain you. or people just might like Japanese music in general..Example like myself.

Thanks anyway. I think you're right. I'm just trying to understand this genre because it's quite interesting who japanese artists adapted metal and rock music to they'r own culture and personalities. The bass line on this song is pretty good, by the way.

People all have different tastes. I can't explain why i like it, i just do. I guess it would be the same to ask you to try and explain your music tastes. Sorry i can't be anymore helpful.^^
