well, for the foreigners who do not know the real attitude of koreans. this to let you know that they are the most hypocritical and self-centered persons on earth because of their culture, koreans have sporadic mental disorder but at first meeting they behave so kind but when they get used to you then you'll find their wild intrinsic attitude.. what a fucking race.

I wonder how Korean [Language] haters end up clicking the title that clearly says "Let's Speak Korean 01" and then commenting bad stuff about it.
Lack of attention maybe?
Anyway, I really love to learn this language.
I hope to visit Korea someday. :D

The endings are forms of respect. They mean something like "with honour" or "with respect to you". "Yo" can even just be used in the place of please in English. At least that's what I remember from my time there. For example "bap choo-say-yo" is like "please, give me rice".
It's sort of like "usted" in Spanish or the "Vous" form in French, but used more often.

The endings are forms of respect or politeness. I was told when I was in Korea that yo means something similar to "with respect to you" or "in honor". It can even mean please... if you want to be given something... If I remember correctly, choo-say-yo is like "give me please".
They are used a lot of the time...it's a little like usted in spanish, but used much more often.

well, I knew the korean culture, since I had two korean roommates and therefore I met many koreans. Honestly, now I have a huge bias against these people 'cause they're really rude & come to America but don't want to adapt to our culture. They are weird since they don't respect the other ppl's individuality and u can see that even when they eat. If you are not korean and you go to a group, they will not even look at you. They seem to dislike our country but parallel to that, they keep on coming. |
