Great stuff. Went to see em in Cardiff ca. 1985? The guy supporting was better, Black Elvis, doing punk versions of Elvis songs, he was great! No idea who the fuck he was/is. Anyone any idea?

SSS were sponsored by Sony. I think the first time a music band had been overtly sponsored by a corporation. It was all very ironic, postmodern and clever, but totally wasted on 80's kids most of whom were listening to AHA, Curiosity Killed the Cat, Bros and other nonsense...
