i disagree about the piano change...i think that's one of the great moments in rock music. i can understand you finding something lazy in it because the change comes rather abruptly, nonetheless, there's something extraordinarily moving about it. i suppose it's just a matter of opinion, but that's my favorite part of the song.

your right layla is close behind sure i'll get some thumbs down i mean this song is great but the bit where it changes from the main bit to the piano is very half assed, once it gets into it its amazing but the changeover is lazy :D Zeppelin Rule
