it is good to drink something before a performance. I don't particularly know much about drinking wine but sometimes before a show i'll have a beer or a glass of wine and it doesn't normally hurt... just make sure you aren't drunk. Its always better to drink water in between songs and shows though, that cools down your vocal cords and makes sure they aren't really tense... or something like that. If you have a snarling vocal style like me, liquid is actually essential to your performances.

Means you are relaxing, your body's trying to get more oxygen. Tty bending over in between let your arms fall down swing a bit and relaxxxxx

i did the lip roll with the head voice to chest voice, and my throat hurts...i think i'm doing it wrong. |
