well what i do now is start with strikes and then move in for a throw
once there on the ground i unload or just walk away

pretty much all martial arts, are helpful with other martial arts when it comes down to it.

ur right i started with muay thai and some tae kwon do and with judo it gave me more balance and even improved my blocks

Even though my fight style is muay thai, Judo has worked for me when I got into some parking lot and bar scuffles. I am glad that Judo is a part of my life and believe it or not Judo made my Muay Thai better.
