Spoon was my Dad's favorite singer. Ben's blowing with the best of taste. The Vince Guaraldi trio was based in S.F., so they didn't have far to go. Swinging nicely.

Yes this is from a 1962 Jazz Casual broadcast. That was the year the Vince Guaraldi Trio won the Grammy for "Cast Your Fate To The Wind". That's Colin Baily on drums and Monty Budwig on bass.
