i totaly had a hand warmer thing that did that. it had a little clicker that producded heat and then the reaction happened

Wow!! That's amazing! It's obviously not edible is it so you probably wouldn't want to put it in you lemonade. Pretty impressive though!!

It's not freezing at all. The stuff he dissolved in it is just precipitating, that soulution would be called a supersaturated one.
You can do this with any dissolvable substance that dissolves easier at high temperatures. Table salt does not do this, but sugar might, I haven't tried.
