That final scene was shot in my apartment here in Houston. After I saw the film, I sold it. The film so touched me I could never live there. The memory and visuals of Mac coming home to his / my place..emptying his pockets of the shells..and standing on my balcony. It was a great view. The bulletin board in the kitchen -- all the scraps, photos, etc. were my own.

One of the most atmospheric pieces of music ever.
Love the film too. That scene at the end where Mac is standing on his balcony looking out over Houston while this is playing is so magical it almost makes me cry!
