You think hotbabe didn't know? She said was that she was proud to have a musician like Sara "in Portugal". Looking at videos on YouTube, hotbabe is probably not blind and can see that Sara is black. What about hotbabe saying Sara was "in Portugal" suggests she doesn't know she's black? In response, you said "no, she's Cape Verdean". That's where you appeared to say she wasn't Portuguese at all. "Barack Obama is American" is true. "He's Kenyan-American" is true. "He's Kenyan" is not.

I never flat out said she wasn't portuguese.. One can obviously tell that hotbabe wasn't aware of her being CV, and now she is.. Wasn't meant to be offensive, hence my initial "no offense".. Read some CV history and how deprived Portugal kept them and you might get a clue. Hotbabe can be proud of her being Portuguese, and as a CV I am also proud of my Portuguese heritage, as I am the African.. However, the ancient and recent history remains grim and there is a dinstinct diff between CV and Port

You can get rated a million thumbs up to my 0.. that doesn't change what she is and what she represents.. And to be TECHNICAL, African people in America are AFRICAN AMERICAN, not AMERICAN AFRICANS.. If Hotbabe4good didn't know of her Cape Verdean heritage, then now she does, and that is important to Cape Verdean people who had MUCH taken from them by the Portuguese.. Not to be bitter, just to be enlightened..
