I am not saying they are human targets. Only that there is sufficient evidence to suggest that what is seen IS consistent with what one should expect to see if they were human targets. Furthermore, it seems that some the targets, as presented in this video, are much larger than a little "rock chuck". That's all.

You are correct on the definition of AP. That was my misnomer. There is a 50 cal round, however, which IS spiked with HE. The charge is composition A.
