Im sorry those titles that you mentioned are ones that cheasey teams like fc porto,red star belgrade or even sao paulo can achieve easily.not a big deal.after all milan and juventus were guilty and its well proven and documented.milan was lucky that they didnt regulate to serie b otherwise they were still struggling to come back now.
