I just looked up Doro's website (DoroPesch(dot)com). Her sample music has more of a Nu Metal sound with a bunch of softer songs mixed in. Her site demos song clips. I'm open-minded but disappointed; not my style. (I recently found my 1991 Doro Fan Club kit, too. ;-)

Her voice does some amazing things! I think the German accent helps a lot for some reason. I also appreciate the fact they show her as an equal band member, not a female "toy".

She's been on the metal scene since the early 80s, really- check out her back catalogue- it's awesome.

I know what you're saying about her English, but I like her accent. I think it's cute, and, yes, she is beautiful. I'm glad she's still out there rockin'.
