and more hope still. I'm 43 and wonder if I can move like that. capoeira; if I get it right is about flow and there always a flow avaible no matter what you just gotta go at your own pace so I figure.

I turned 45 last month and I still do capoeira. And I do quite well thanks.

Awesome, very educational to. I support women that do things for themselves such as this. Don't let your bodies be cages.

I was on a group who had a guy whos 50 something almost 60 and a woman who was at the beggining of the 50's. They had more stamina and endurance than most of the younger ones.

i'd say capoeira is definately for the young. You can't be 43 and do capoeira.
