That was sick!!! Best freerunning Ive seen yet! Makes me wanna freerun right now! I havent started Le Pakour or Freerunning yet but Im starting this week. I'll start posting videos once I start. So remember the name Jesse cause Im a destined Parkour/Freerunnning LEGEND!!!!!!!!!

In answer to your arguement, when you want speed, and efficiency (as in running away) you use parkour, not free running; free running is more about fun with gravity (IMO) than efficiency.
About flips, I like them: if you clip your foot while vaulting off a high place, then being able to flip may ensure that you do not hit the floor in a head down orientation.
