i think its a beat box, you know! he's tapping it. you can hear difference between the piano and the boxes tone or tune. the piano is like a melody and the beat box is well er like a beat of course. if he just do that while in the vid he likes an idiot and otherwise he wouldnt be in it. THe beat and the melody, perfect.
