yea i was hoping i could start again, i had to quit cause i accidentally made my dad have to have physical therapy, i did something to his rotater cuff or whatever, but i can't until i get my knee checked out. I might have loose cartilage or something. It made me really sad when i found that out :( *cry* i want to get back into it.

I took a 1 year course also and I know what you are talking about. The goal isn't to show off or get you into fights. The goal is to make violence a last resort, and then once you must use violence, use it smart. In real fights there are no rules. Use everything. including dirt, sharp/heavy objects... also Krav maga changes your reflexes to more effective responses. Krav maga is very powerful. I hope that I can take another course next year
