ya dustinRDZ seems like &fmt=6 looks little more clear then using &fmt=18 but this cool thanks for putting this up Mr.Safty glad iGianMC figure it out hehe laters

Well, fmt=18 is different from clicking "watch in high quality," in that it gives you stereo sound (if the video was uploaded in stereo). While "watch in high quality" gives you high quality video, and high quality MONO sound. fmt=18 gives you high quality video, and high quality stereo sound.

&fmt=6 works too add 4 to that then just keep adding 4

But if you have an older computer with not-so-much memory the &ftm=18 or &ftm=22 will make videos muuch slower or even freeze etc.. So 'normal' definiton may still look better, & work quicker.. to see the video 'normally, without freezing...
Good tip anyway! (for computers with higher memory!!)
