With this, the whole trilogy would've been something along the lines of: Bored of The Rings: The Movie! lol. I love LoTR, and I think that this is hilarious. No, the Nazgul would have left them alone because this was only after their horses got pwnt by Arwen. So no wurm-involvment yet. The series would've sucked if this happened, but it would make for a good hour to hour-and-a-half parody movie. Takes 14 hours (extended version) to 90 mins! lol
